Mwea Motivational Talk - Part 2

On Friday 8th July 2011 was the day to visit the secondary schools for our part two of the motivational talks. We had a big group of MUCSA members who visited schools in Mwea. This time we changed the format to have an impact to the student where individual group tackled one school.

The schools visited are:-
Mwea Boys' Secondary School
Wang'uru Girls' Secondary School
Karoti Girls' Secondary School
Nyangati Secondary School
Kandongu Secondary School
Komboini Secondary School

Kutus Secondary was not addressed though there was a group that was sent there.

We had a problem of some head teachers being uncooperative yet we were not charging anything for the motivational talks. This is our initiative to assist in motivating the students to perform better for the common good of the community.
From this two events this year, then we have something to benchmark from and hope this will be successful next time it will be conducted.
The organizing Committee thanks everybody that was involved in planning and execution of the program especially our members who are at home and cooperated. We also thank the school administrations that gave us a chance to talk to the students. Lastly, we will be in debt without mentioning our Patron Mr. Josphat Wachira Kabinga OGW (USAID) for sourcing for funds to cater for the logistics. Kama si sisi ni nani? ni wewe na wewe na wewe!
